Denice Neale, Invacare Territory Business Manager QLD and Northern NSW, is committed to her role at the company and is determined to make a positive impact on people’s lives, and this is also something she is very keen to have her customers know about her.

Denice says, “I love explaining the differences between cost and value propositions so that when possible the end user gets the quality equipment they deserve.”

One of Denice’s favourite things about her role is “the sense of humour of the entire team... we are all very compatible in our relaxed but committed manner, and everyone is approachable. I wanted to work for a not-for-profit or assisting minorities, so Invacare was the perfect fit for me.” Denice happily admits that she prefers not managing people, but adds jokingly, “ luckily my colleague Dave Moeller doesn’t feel that way!”

Denice has spent time living in a number of Australian cities. Born and bred in Brisbane’s south, she also lived in Sydney for three years and in Perth for eight, but now Denice is back in Brisbane to be closer to family after “having my beautiful son, Thomas, who is now 14 years old.”

When asked what her driving values are, Denice said, “to become an expert within the organisation and industry - I’m working hard to get there!”

When not at work Denice likes to read books that challenge popular beliefs and watch movies, and her favourite are The Green Mile, Shawshank Redemption and Forrest Gump. Also, “not many people know this about me but I love to draw and paint when I can be bothered to clean up the mess!” Denice also loves spending time with her dog, Bollinger.
